A lot of defects were found when opening the package in the exporting country. Customer had had no choice but to dispose products, resulting in cost and inventory shortages every time they shipped. However, after we consulted, They were able to significantly reduce the damage to the product by changing to a new cushioning material while keeping the material cost.

Products with complicated shapes can be exported overseas without any problems using our design. We changed the CB flute to C flute to reduce cost. Custoemr can stack up tp 5 layers during transportation. Our design maintains strength with the minimum cost.

Old cushion was layering and gluing CB flute. However by changing that to C flute and changing to a simple folding method without glue, we contributed to reducing material costs and man-hours.
