Our Works
Our user used to find a lot of defect when they unpacked in the exporting country, resulting dispose of many products. This caused extra cost and inventory shortages every time they shipped. However, by changing to a our new cushioning, we were able to significantly reduce the damage of the product, while keeping the same price.

Products with complicated shapes can be exported overseas without any problems if you use our package. We changed the CB flute to a C flute to reduce cost, but it’s okay to stack 5 layers. Our design maintains maximum strength with the minimum material cost.

Existing item was a layer of CB flute glued together. However we changed that to a folding of one C flute sheet without using glue, which contributed to reduction of material cost and man power.
